Just two court hearings — and we achieved justice! ⚖️
The case was heard in the Family Court of Petah Tikva.
Thanks to a carefully prepared legal position, a well-drafted agreement, and a successful mediation process between the parents, the court approved the parties’ settlement.
The mother was officially appointed as the apotropus (legal guardian) of her children. 💙
